AMTM India's mission spans rescue, rehabilitation, medical care, sterilization, adoption, and fundraising but the digital experience didn't reflect the depth or urgency of that work. First-time visitors struggled to navigate across causes, and donation intent often faded before converting.
What we delivered
We restructured the entire website around a donation-first content architecture, layering emotional storytelling with clear service categorization. Every rescue initiative, medical program, and adoption pathway was given its own discoverable flow making the mission feel both immediate and deeply organized.
The impact
Visitors now encounter a website that mirrors the seriousness and warmth of AMTM's mission. Donor understanding improved, emotional connection deepened, and the path from awareness to support became far more intuitive.
